The Live Your Goals Everyday Wellness Initiative™  will be the last wellness program that you try. Why? Because it is a life time initiative that starts with how you perceive things. It starts and ends with your mindset. You will do small effective things to get you to an acceptable level; then its just maintaining from there on. You will make wellness a part of your life. There will be no need to get into fad programs that get you hyped up in the beginning and leave you overwhelm without any lasting results. 

  THIS INCLUDES:

  • Fitness and Nutrition plan of action

    You and I know that everything does not work the same for everyone. In other words, one size certainly does not fit all. You will be honest with yourself and honest with me in figuring out where you are, where you were, and where you want to be. Your program will be customized to fit you and your realistic goals.  

    Nutrition is a very very important component of your overall wellness plan. Again, one size does not fit all. Everybody has a different situation. Some people may have access to certain foods, some may not. We will look at your situation and optimize your nutrition for your maximum benefits.

    Stress can have very negative effects on your life. We will not only identify the stress, but the root of the stress. I have  what I call 'prioritize your stress' where we set aside the things that you have no control over and focus on the things that you can control.
